When using Xcode 2.5 and Xcode 3.0 you should switch the above to the
following...

SDKROOT = $(DEVELOPER_SDK_DIR)/MacOSX10.4u.sdk

...however I don't believe that is your problem (based on the compiler
paths in your log snippet).
