On a related note, in 2.4.1, when I run a project, the "Run Log" pops
open automatically.

I found this very handy, and set up my apps to take advantage of it.
For example, my logging kit writes to stderr instead of its log file
if a specific environment variable is set.

In 3.0, I have to open/activate the debugger console window manually,
which is a real pain. Is there any way to get the old behaviour back?
