I use off-site version control but too many backups are never enough, so I still back up my development folder with Time Machine, except for the intermediary files.

Yeah, I know I don't commit my changes to SVN every hour, and I like the idea of having hourly backups for the past 2 days. I know it could come in handy sometimes.
