Command line "Hello World" not showing

I've built the standard Hello World command line application using XCode 3. However, whenever I run it, it doesn't show the terminal window. I find that I have to double click the item under products in order to display the terminal window.

I'm pretty sure in earlier versions of XCode I could just run the application from within XCode and I would see my output.
