This works on a simple test Carbon project for me.

Make sure you are "Debugging" not "Running" the app. If you are using the "Go" button it will repeat the last action (either Run or Debug). If you are Running, then Debugger() won't break in the debugger since when we run we don't automatically set the "Stop in Debugger()" environment variable. So try explicitly doing Debug from the Run menu rather than using the Go button.

If that doesn't help, make sure the "Break on Debugger() and DebugStr()" setting didn't get unchecked in the Debugging pane of the Executable editor for the project.

Is there a way to do so? Or do I just set a breakpoint at Debugger (which seems oddly ugly).
