Oops, forgot to add:
  See the similar, but not identical, strlcat() and strlcpy().
  These are present on Mac OS X.

I'm not going to get into the debate of whether you should or shouldn't be
using these, or what you might be doing instead.  I'm just saying they're
there.  What you do (or don't do) with them is up to you.
