.mom file

Hi all.
In my project (C++ command line utility) I've found, in folders Debug and Release, a file with .mom extension. I've discovered that this file is generated during the build process. What is this file?
 
I'm using Xcode 2.4.1 on MacOSX 10.4.10 on ppc G4.
