Write Failed Error when attempting to save CPP file

Hi,
I've recently encountered a new problem when attempting to save changes to a CPP file that is in one of my projects. Xcode says that the file could not be saved. When I looked in the Console log to see if there was an error reported, this is what I see:
2007-10-10 10:52:45.157 Xcode[19718] -[PBXTextFileDocument writeToFile:ofType] write failed for /private/var/tmp/folders.501/TemporaryItems/com.apple.Xcode_19718_213720765_1/MyCPPFile.cpp
I have to resort to editing the file in TextEdit to make any changes.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what was the solution to this error?
