I'm experiencing a strange problem. Xcode 2.4.1 on PowerPC hangs with rainbow spinning cursor when I try to step into function. What might be the reason and how to fix it? May be I should delete some helper files like .ncb in windows or .xSYM files in CodeWarrior. May be there is something in setting of the project - it consists from some 5 static libraries and it's a carbon application.

Nine times out of ten, this is caused by the data formatters. Turn them off (the option is in the Debug menu) and see if that helps.
