Hi Shane,

1. Was iTunes for Windows developed in objective-C? via X-code?

iTunes on both Mac and Windows is written in C/C++, not Objective-C.

2. Will there be any significant updates to the GNUStep platform
  following with Objective-C 2.0 release?

I'm not sure, that's up to them. Google shows some thoughts. <http://www.google.com/search?q=gnustep+objective-c-2.0 >

3. Can you supply me any pointers in which objective-C was used
  to render over the wire?

I'm interested in Objective-C as a development platform, however,
my situation requires rendering widgets over the wire onto a Windows
box (windows XP-professional).

Like Nick, I'm not sure what you mean. Objective-C is a compiled, not interpreted language, if that's related. From the sound of things, it's not appropriate for what you want.
