disposition of the bug marked "Duplicate":

I haven't gone through all of your 55 active Duplicates, but the
ones against my components fall into the above categories (unfixed,
dup of a bug still in Verify, dup of a dup).
Thanks a lot for taking the time to wade through quite some of my
bugreported mess.
Just to get more of an idea of the process: What makes out an "active"
duplicate vs. the 53 "inactive" ones?
