Fire up spin control and trigger the failure
(/Developer/Applications/Performace Tools/Spin Controll.app) and/or
sample it with Shark and then submit that information to Apple via
bugreporter if you think it is bug.

Not seeing that here with SCM (using Perforce on a local network
connection the p4 server).
