Build error on Release version

After upgrading to Leopard and upgrading Xcode, I'm getting the follow error trying to Build a release version of my project. The Debug version builds and runs fine.

error: /.fseventsd/Carbon/Carbon.h
Permission denied

Any ideas?  Thanks.
