Yeah, but why isn't thread 0 in your listing???

I just fired up a Cocoa app which launches a thread without specifying stack
size, and this is what vmmap reports:

Stack                  bf800000-bffff000 [ 8188K] rw-/rwx SM=ZER  thread 0
Stack                  b009f000-b011f000 [  512K] rw-/rwx SM=PRV  thread 1
