Dave, I may not know a thing about this Xcode version you're talking
about (NDA, etc.), but I'd advise you to report this abnormal
situation to Apple's bug reporter Web interface
(http://bugreport.apple.com/).  Thanks in advance for us all.

(Note to Apple engineers: mine is filled at rdar://5830488.)
