Are you sure that CHUD wasn't offered as a custom install from the Xcode 2.5 installer? If not, you should be able to download it from developer.apple.com / connect.apple.com.

The standalone ObjectAlloc application is on Leopard replaced with the Object Allocations plugin for Instruments. Check it out - It's much improved!
