xcode_3.0.dmg invalude checksum

I have downloaded xcode_3.0.dmg 3 seperate times and each time I am getting invalid checksum when I try to mount the image. Is this a known issue? Googling for such an error has yet to provide me with the answers that I seek.

This is a clean install of xcode on a brand new leopard system.

any help would be appreciated...thanks.
