xcode build&go problem

Hi all, I'm having a problem with XCode 3. I just updated XCode with the new iPhone SDK (beta 3) and, while for iPhone application build & go is still working, for Cocoa application doesn't. XCode compiles successfully my project (the executable can be launched from the Finder), the Tasks button in the toolbar is enabled and i can even see the console of the debugger, but i can't see the application and there isn't even the icon in the dock, even if in the console window i can stop and go the app. This is not working not only for my old apps, but even if I create a Cocoa app from scratch.
