Speaking of Grab, why are the Grab services from
within Xcode->File->Services->Grab always grayed out?
Anyways, I think for one of these screen dump
approaches to result in a polished result would
require rendering the class diagrams using 18 or 24 pt
fonts. Otherwise the pixelation effects will be
choppy.
Which brings up another question: how do you format
text within the class diagram? If I click on the name
of a class within the diagram, applying a font or
color change has no result (accessed
Edit->Format->Font->Show Colors).
I'm guessing that the class diagram feature in Xcode
is an initial (and good start at) implementation. It
depicts only one class relationship type, does not
support user formatting, and is not copy-able. Flesh
its features out a bit more, and it would become
pretty good competition to Rational's product.
