About 3 million times a day (it may only be 2 million - I've not

I've been getting this alot lately too. All my project folders and
included project documents are on the startup disk.
It happens after I use the the Multi-File Find/Replace in BBEdit
(because it has some features that Xcode's does not). I believe the
problem is that Xcode seems to not re-set its document-dirty state
when it should. A few days ago I went to the extreme of closing all
documents and all projects in Xcode before saving in BBEdit, but I
still got these warnings later. I had to quit+relaunch Xcode to make
them stop.
