SVN newbie....

Hi, I am trying to get SVN working in XCode 3.1 - I have set up a file based repository on my local machine, and that looks set up fine. I 'imported' the directory tree of my project into SVN from the XCode SVN Repositories menu.

I then tried to "Commit Entire Project" from the XCode SVN menu and got the error <PATH> is not a working copy directory. <PATH> Is not a working copy. I admit to being completely lost....
