Loosing sense indexes in Xcode 3.1

Hi, there,

I've a strange problem since I moved to Xcode 3.1: I always have to "Rebuild Code Sense Index" before a "Find in Project" command, otherwise nothing (but the current file, usually) is found.
There are no file permission problems, completely uninstalling and reinstalling Xcode 2.5 & 3.1 did not help.
I didn't have this problem with Xcode 2.4.

Help would be appreciated.

Eric
