Ke, this has been an often requested feature on this forum.

You can get close to what you want by doing the following:

In Xcode preferences, Text Key bindings, set the functions "Set Mark" and "Swap With Mark" to some keys (may already be set to ctrl-space and ctrl-x ctrl-x respectively).

Then, when you plan to move somewhere, hit ctrl-space to set the mark (ie mark the current location). Then navigate elsewhere in the file. When you want to go return to that saved location, type ctrl-x and ctrl-x and you'll jump back to it.
