Doubt if you'd want to change, but support for HeaderDoc markup template insertion is in the "Script" menu (little black icon that looks like a scroll). It requires quite a bit of effort to get HeaderDoc stuff to work properly and beware that it doesn't produce legal XHTML. It's XML output option is not convenient to work with either because it doesn't categorize important particles into elements but just leaves them as raw text in the output.
