Xcode can run shell-scripts on your behalf. If you go to the script
menu (i.e. the one just before Help in the menu bar) and choose "Edit
User Scripts…", you can add your own scripts to that menu.
For instance, check out
<http://www.flickr.com/photos/clarkcox/2775289091>. Set the Input to
"Entire Document", and the Output to "Replace Document", and the
current document will have it's contents piped to the script's stdin,
and the script's stdout will be used to replace the current document.
You can then assign any key combination that you'd like to this script.
