ERROR - upgrade version of xcode

Hello,  my name is easyhe.
I have xcode problem.

I build project at osx 10.4 tiger, xcode 2.2.1.
But build is failed.
error message - /usr/bin/g++-4.0 failed .

This project is worked by osx10.3 / xcode 1.5.
 It seems the problem is xcode version and including header files.
please let alone how to fix this problem..
