Completely remove Xcode (and friends) settings

Hi list,

I've had some troubles with Xcode lately and thought that a good old
removal of all settings/cache files could do it good. To my surprise,
I didn't manage to remove all related files, since problems still
persist (e.g. I cannot switch between a header/implementation file
with the designated keyboard shortcut unless I first open both files).

Can someone point me in a direction where I can find a place of
locations (I must have missed at least one of those places when I did
my cleanup attempt) where Xcode keeps it settings so that I can remove
them and begin with a clean state again?

/ M
