Breakpoint question from a beginner

  • Subject: Breakpoint question from a beginner

Hello,

I'm beginning Fritz Anderson's book, Xcode 3 unleashed, and have an issue.

I'm working with the sample program which wants me to set a breakpoint. I clicked in the gutter and set a dark blue arrowhead. I then selected cmd-Y to run under debug.

The program does not stop at the breakpoint, instead the breakpoint turns orange/pink and the program executes with a 0.

I've been through the help and can't find what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone point me to the solution.

Thanks,

Scott
