Personally, I think that the "template source files", the ones with the
text you dislike, should automatically be copied into the project rather
than left "in the environment". That way, you can create a project,
edit the template header once to have exactly what you want, then any
request to File>New would use the adjusted template content instead.
But unless someone suggests that on bugreporter.apple.com its never
going to happen.
