Thanks joar, don't know how I missed that when I searched the archives.

Can somebody clarify what Chris Espinosa means, please, when he says it's fixed in the next minor release of Xcode? I can't find a more recent version of Xcode on the apple website (I have IDE build 921.0). Maybe I'm being blind again. Is this a not-yet-released fix? If so, is there a manual edit I can make to the key bindings? I can't immediately see any binding that could be causing this problem.

It has already been fixed, and that fix will be available in an upcoming Xcode release.

The problem is due to the use of a Return character rather than a newline in the PBX_indentFriendlyInsertTab: key binding. You can fix it yourself in your own copy of the Metrowerks-compatible Key Bindings.

Chris
