Checking dependencies in Xcode

  • Subject: Checking dependencies in Xcode

Sometimes Xcode needs extremely long to check the dependencies in my project (more than 1 minute). Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Also when cleaning the project it takes extremely long time. Rebuilding the project does not work.
Furthermore, for some files I cannot switch between the source and the header file but the other way round works (standard C files with standard endings .h or .cp etc.). I think that this also has to do how Xcode is handling the dependencies. Is there anything that I can do to improve this behaviour?

Hartwig
