How Upgrade Really Old Apple Example Nib?

I am studying /Developer/Examples/AppKit/TextSizingExample.
This project includes Aspect.nib. When I attempt to open it in IB3, I
get:
"Unable to open file. This file was created with an older version of
Interface Builder; pleas upgrade this document to at least Interface
Builder 2.0."
Must be really old. I can't find any menu item nor any command in
ibtool for upgrading old files. How can it be done?
Please someone tell me I don't have to make room for, redownload and
reinstall the Tiger Developer Tools on my old Powerbook ;(
