Docsets not updating

I have seen a few references recently to updates to the docsets in Xcode. However, I don't seem to see any updates. I open the documentation, click the gear icon, choose Documentation Set Updates > Check Now. There appears to be a little network activity, and then the status bar says "Checked for Doc Set Updates", but nothing shows up. I can't tell from that whether that means it checked and there was nothing, or it tried and failed to get a response.

Has there been an update since the December one? If so, why do I not see it? Is it because I'm behind a firewall? Or because I'm in a country with lousy internet connectivity? The messages are less than informative, so I just don't know what's happening.
