problem with research assistant

Hi, when I try to get help for the building setting
I click on the research assistant button

but after few seconds I'm getting alert:
Internal error
uncaught exception
error during sql execution: the database operation timed out after 30.00 seconds


it worked before
I restarted my computer but it didn't help

I have Mac OS X 10.5.2

Xcode 3
