Per-source-file flags in Xcode 3?

I remember (correct me?) from Xcode 2.x that the Info window for individual source files had a "Build" tab for adding CFLAGS (etc.) for just those files. I don't see that tab in Xcode 3.

Is the feature still available in Xcode 3? How do I access it?
