There have been several reports of this on the list recently (or
something like it). I have seen it on several machines. No clue what
fixes, but sometimes it seems to go away and sometimes it doesn't. You
may have luck deleting your source and getting a fresh copy from your
source repository. Or perhaps not. It's very frustrating and seems to
be a recent problem (perhaps since 10.5.2 - though there may be older
instances of it). Since it is difficult to reproduce (or even
quantify) it's kind of hard to report.
