- Thread-topic: How to set the tab order?
Hi all,
It appears these two approaches for setting tab order in Carbon NIBs no longer work in IB 3.0. The "Tab Order List" seems to be gone. Maybe I just can't find it in the new UI. And the second approach (shift-clicking) doesn't seem to work. When I try a simple dialog with 4 edit fields and shift-click them in any order, the "Send to Front", "Send to Back", etc. commands are not available.
I will file a bug report but I was hoping I was just not finding the feature in the new UI.
Thanks,
Chris

Another option is to select all of them in the order you want one at
a time by shift-clicking and then use the Bring to Front command. I
prefer this because I can do it with the actual items in the window
instead of dealing with a list in a separate window.
