How come my machine running Xcode 2.3 shows API documentation for OpenGL routines (e.g. glBegin(3)) but my machine running Xcode 3.0 doesn't? Is this a bug or a misconfiguration on my part?

(And how come neither one has API documentation for HITheme! I filed rdar://4261370 over 2 years ago.)
