XCode Newbie

Everyone,
I am an XCode newbie. I have many years of programming experience with multiple languages ( Java, Perl, VB ).  What is the best way to get started using XCode? Is there a good book, tutorial, stream of tutorials?

I have the Silver XCode 2 book, but I am on Leopard now and am just starting.

Any advice, web resources, tutorial locations, voodoo would be greatly appreciated.
