Xcode 3 File and Project Templates?
Xcode 3 File and Project Templates?

I can't seem to find these. I looked in the "About Xcode Tools.pdf"
and it claims they should be <Xcode directory>/Library/
for my computer that translates to be:
/Developer/Applications/Xcode/Library
I don't see any templates in there(I had to create the Library dir),
and when I add a file template, Xcode 3 doesn't see it.
Where do I add new templates and change existing ones?
