Hi,
I would guess that it fails because of some problem with the Snapshot
disk image. Please file a bug report with Apple and provide as much
information as you can about your problem:
<http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter/>
At the very least, Xcode should report a more precise error message
than that.
Some things to try:
1) Does it happen with all projects, or just that one? Please create a
new empty project and try Snapshotting that. Please include this
information in your bug report.
2) Check for any error messages in the Console (/Applications/
Utilities/Console.app). If you find anything suspicious, please
include this with the bug report.
3) Reboot your computer (!) and try again.
4) If it's still failing, try to move aside your current Snapshot disk
image (~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/
SnapshotRepository.sparseimage). Goto #3.
