Interface Builder: WebView gives me SIGTRAP error

Environment:
Xcode & Interface Builder 3.0

Simple problem:

1) I slide the WebView palette onto my panel.
2) *** no connections made ***
3) Save & Rebuild Xcode.

What I get: "GDB: Program received signal: "SIGTRAP".

I didn't do anything.

What gives??
