OK, Laurence has insulted Charlie's honor, so now they're going to have to have a duel to settle the score. Fine. Have at it, boys! Pistols, anyone?

I've been programming in C for 23 years, but recently just for fun I picked up "The Elements of C Programming Style" by Jay Ranade and Alan Nash (1992). The book did stimulate some thought regarding my current coding practices. So, rather than "learn first, code second", perhaps a "continuous learning" model is more appropriate. -Steve
