Hi Jeff,
Thanks for giving me a hint on this... I've re-directed the question to the 'webkit-dev' mailing list and I'm hoping for a similar helpful response.
Cheers,
Sam

Sam,
The WebKit developers are constantly breaking and fixing the build, as you can see at <
http://trac.webkit.org/log/>, so you may just need to update to a later revision. In any case, this is most likely a WebKit problem rather than an Xcode problem. Thus, your best bet is to contact the WebKit developers via one of the methods listed at <
http://webkit.org/contact.html>.

Hello, Hallo, Hei,
I have been trying to build WebKit (
http://webkit.org/) on my local machine and the build process keeps failing with the following reason:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
=== BUILDING AGGREGATE TARGET All OF PROJECT _javascript_Glue WITH CONFIGURATION Release ===
Checking Dependencies...
** BUILD FAILED **
The following build commands failed:
_javascript_Glue:
CopyStringsFile /Users/samueljd/WebKit/WebKitBuild/Release/_javascript_Glue.framework/Versions/A/Resources/English.lproj/InfoPlist.strings English.lproj/InfoPlist.strings
(1 failure)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Procedure:
1) Check out WebKit source from the SVN repository:
2) Build Source on local machine:
WebKit/WebKitTools/Scripts/build-webkit
This command run's a perl script that should build the target.
Result:
The build process fails and gives the aforementioned reason above as the cause of failure :-(
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
Kindest regards,
Sam
