Reordering Tabs with IB 3.0

I'm at a total loss with this new and improved IB 3.0. I have 4 tab items in a tab. I want to create a new tab between the 1st and 2nd. I can create a new tab, but I'm at a total loss as to how to move this new tab item to where I want it.

IB 3.0, Carbon NIB 3.x
