To make sure you have the latest update information, refresh your
documentation feeds by selecting Documentation Set Updates > Check
Now in the Xcode documentation window's action menu.
Did you try this? It ensures the RSS feeds are up to date (though it
shouldn't be necessary in more recent Betas).
If that doesn't work, make sure the keychain has a valid login for
your ADC membership and that it is the membership account that was
used for the iPhone sign-up -- in Keychain Access, check the
connect.apple.com entry.
If that doesn't work, then run Xcode from Terminal using this debug
mode, and file a bug with the results:
/Developer/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/MacOS/Xcode -DocSetDebug 1
