iPhone certificate?

I have upgraded to Beta 8 and when I connect the iPod it says that the firmware version is too old. The firmware version that I have is 1.1.4. As far as I can tell this is the latest version available.

My assumption is that the firmware is not the issue but lack of a iPhone developer certificate. Unfortunately I can not find the link for this on the iPhone developer site either.

Help...
