Omnigroup has an iphone-talk mailing list. Maybe they will have an
iphone-dev list come Friday?

PS. To the Powers That Be, when the NDA is lifted, to keep the
Cocoa and Xcode-Users lists from being flooded with iPhone-specific
questions, it would be nice to create a separate mailing list just
for iPhone.
