Xcode 3.1 is now GM and publicly available to all Macintosh Developer
Program members: online, Select, and Premiere. The nondisclosure
restrictions covering Xcode 3.1 during its development are no longer
in force.
The Xcode 3.1 distribution is for Mac OS X development only; it does
not contain the iPhone SDK or any other information restricted to
members of the iPhone Developer Program and covered under that
nondisclosure agreement.
Section 5.3 of the iPhone Development Agreement remains in force at
this time, and will so remain until iPhone Developer Program members
are specifically and personally notified by an authorized
representative of Apple.
In English: the xcode-users list is now open for discussion and
support of Xcode 3.1, but not iPhone development. Sorry I don't have
better news for you right now.
Chris
