Now, with the caches in /var/folders it is less obvious how to delete the caches from the command line.

Perhaps I'm just being dense, but what makes it "obvious" that "rm" won't work the same in /var/folders as it does in /Library/Caches?

Which is the obvious folder to 'rm'?

On my machine, it's "$TMPDIR/../-Caches-/com.apple.Xcode.$UID" but I've no idea how stable that is...
